摘要
报道了采用混合物工质及纯氮工质在一种开式快速JT节流制冷机上的实验对比研究。采用纯氮工质在压力为11.0Mpa左右,该JT节流制冷机可获得的最低温度为83~84K,启动时间在75s左右;而采用混合物工质后,在压力为5.0MPa左右,该制冷机可获得73~74K的最低温度,降温时间与纯氮相当。实验结果表明,采用混合物工质将会较大地改善该种JT节流制冷机的热工性能。
This paper first reports the experimental comparison results of thermodynamic performance of an open cycle JT cooler with mixed refrigerant and pure nitrogen in China. In the experiment, the JT cooler can achieve the lowest temperature of 83~84K and the cool down time of 1.3 minutes when pure nitrogen works at 11.0 ~ 12.5 MPa. However, the same JT cooler can achieve the lowest temperature of 73—74K and 2 minutes of cool down time when the mixed refrigerant used works only at the lower pressure of 4.0 ~ 6.0 MPa. The calculation results of thermodynamic cycle also show that using mixed refrigerant has about two times of cooling capacity compared with using pure nitrogen.
