摘要 本文介绍了在升降机控制系统中采用三菱PLC构成分布式远程监控系统的方法。该系统配置一台计算机作为监控工作站,用多台PLC分别控制多部升降机的运行。作者详细介绍了系统的软硬件设计、实时动态监控系统及PLC与监控机的数据通信。分布武的控制结构,使各子系统相对独立,管理与控制功能分开,易于实现群控管理,提高了系统的可靠性,且易于扩展。 The paper deals with the method of constituting a distributed remote monitor & control system with Mitsubishi PLC in lifter control system. The system is equipped with a computer as the monitor and control working station and the several PLCS which separately control the operational procedures of the lifters. The author gives a detailed introduction to the software and hardware design of the system, the real-time dynamic monitoring system and the data communication between the PLCS and the PC. The distributed control structure makes all sub-system relatively independent, separates the management and control function which enables an easy realization of the management of group control, greatly improves reliability and expandability of the system.
