摘要
在我国部分地区,雾的频繁发生已经严重影响了高速公路的通行安全、制约了高速公路运输效能的发挥,成为高速公路安全畅通的瓶颈。采用科学合理的分级控制标准和分级控制策略,能够明显提高高速公路雾区路段的安全水平和通行效率。雾区控制指标的选取以及控制指标和控制策略的分级,以雾对高速公路安全的影响规律为基础展开。通过研究,最后构建出适合我国国情的雾区监控分级控制标准和分级控制策略体系表,以期能为国内高速公路雾区安全研究和工程实践提供思路。
In some areas of China, the frequent fog has many disadvantageous effect on expressways. The frequent fog segment of expressway has been the transport bottleneck of the whole expressway transportation. However, applying the system of classification controlling criterion and classification controlling strategies can highly improve the safety level and transit efficiency of the frequent fog segment of the expressway. The selection of fog-area controlling criterion is studied based on the effects of the fog on expressways, as well as the classification of controlling criterion and controlling strategies. Through research, the system of classification controlling criterion and classification controlling strategies is established for the situation in China. These findings are helpful for researches and engineering practices in the field of domestic expressway safety in fog-area.
