摘要
对以蚕沙为原料制备叶绿素铜钠盐的传统工艺进行了改进,将浸提和置铜同时进行,在提取叶绿素的同时进行铜化反应,将不耐热和光照的叶绿素立即转化为稳定的叶绿素铜,与传统方法相比具有中间产物稳定、产品质量和得率高的优点。并初步分析了两者差异的原因,为其他稳定性差的中草药等天然产物的提取提出了新思路。
Using silkworm faeces as material, the traditional technique to prepare sodium copper chlorophyllin was improved. Chlorophyll was reacted with copper sulphate when it was being extracted. Chlorophyll, which is not endurable with heat and light, was transformed to copper chlorophyll. Comparing the two methods, the middle product was more stable, the quality and the yield of product were higher than traditional method. Besides, the reasons of the difference were discussed primarily. Other unsteady medicament from plants could be extracted according this way.
