摘要 提出一种新型2.4GHz有源RFID标签结构,并进行了硬件电路设计和软件编程。利用单片集成无线收发模块nRF24L01构成射频前端,使标签配置简单,性能稳定,抗干扰能力强。充分利用标签射频前端的不同工作模式,结合微控制器,实现有源标签的低功耗设计。与传统的微波频段RFID标签设计方法相比,减小了标签体积。在识别距离相当的前提下,功耗得到显著降低。 A novel active RFID tags working in 2.4GHz is presented. Then hardware design and software programme are addressed. For the radio front-end, nRF24LO1 are used which is single chip wireless transceiver and all work's parameter are set by the means of software in it. In this way, the process of encoding is simple and have better performance on anti-interference . In orded to realize low-power design, various mode of radio front is adopted based on microcontroler. The result shows that under the condition of same distance of identify,this method brings up less tag size and lower power compared with that of traditional design of WM RFID tags.
