摘要
本文介绍了舞钢连铸机的二次冷却控制以及用二维传热数学模型计算二冷控制参数A、B、C的计算过程,同时分析了参数的适用性、影响板坯表面温度的因素以及模拟结果与实测结果的比较等。
This article describes the control of secondary cooling in the continuous slab caster of Wuyang Iron and Steel Co. and the calculation process of calculating the controlling parameters A,B,C for secondary control by using two - dimensional heat transfer mathematical model, meanwhile. analyses the applicability of the parameters and the factors affecting slab surface temperature as well as comparison of simulative result with that of actual measurement.
