徐州市0~16岁少儿血铅水平及相关因素的调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解徐州市0~16岁少儿血铅水平、分布状况、铅中毒率及其相关因素。方法采用原子吸收法检测市内五区及一偏远农村共2012名少儿血铅水平,并对其个人情况及家庭生活环境等相关因素进行问卷调查。结果被调查少儿血铅均值为(65.95±29.32)μg/L,铅中毒的检出率为13.22%,6~10岁少儿血铅水平明显偏高,男童比女童略高,城市比乡村高。结论铅中毒与环境污染、个人的不良习惯及饮食等有关。 [Objective] To investigate the blood lead level of 0-16years old children in Xuzhou and identify the risk factors of high lead level. [Methods] Blood lead was detected in 2 012 healthy children in Xuzhou. The children were asked to answer a questionnaire concerning personal llfe, family members and living conditions. [ Results] The mean blood lead level was(65.95±29. 32)μg/L. The incidence of lead poisoning was 13.22 %. Blood lead lever was sharply higher in 6-10years than norm, boy's was more than girl's and city's was more than country's a few. [Conclusion]Children's lead poisoning is related to environmental pollution, children's bad habits, and diet et al.
