Designing of Agilely Hopping-frequency Synthesizer at Ka-band

摘要 介绍一种Ka波段捷变频频综的设计方案。该频综主要基于DDS芯片AD9858,采用微波锁相、毫米波倍频和上变频等方法实现。在34.475GHz±650MHz频率范围内,捷变频带宽为500MHz,频率捷变速度为5μs,相位噪声优于-80dBc/Hz@1kHz,输出功率大于10mW,波动小于1.3dB。 In this paper, a design scheme of an agilely hopping- frequency synthesizer at Ka- band is introduced. The synthesizer based on frequency hopping rules of the DDS chip AD9858, is designed by using microwave phase locking, millimeter - wave multiplying and mixing technologies. Within the range of 34. 475 GHz ±650 MHz, the bandwidth of hopping - frequency is 500MHz, the speed of frequency hopping is 5 μs, the phase noise is better than -80 dBc/Hz@ 1 kHz, and the output power is greater than 10roW, whose fluctuation is less than 1.3 dB.
