肾素-血管紧张素系统与再狭窄的研究进展

摘要
冠脉内支架置入术（PTCA）已成为冠心病血运重建的重要手段，其即刻效果得到很大改善。但术后再狭窄（RS）率却达到10％～20％，这大大降低了支架置人的远期疗效。然而支架内再狭窄及其处理又成了新的难题。为了预防再狭窄，国内外对支架术后再狭窄的发生机制及防治进行了深入研究，研究发现肾素-血管紧张素系统（RAS）在支架术后再狭窄的发生中起着重要作用，对RAS进行干预可能是防治支架术后再狭窄的一种有效的生物学方法。
