摘要
大学生在校期间要经历"第一过渡期"与"第二过渡期"。"第二过渡期"的大学生确实具有比较显著的特征,即亚成熟普遍存在,学习动力明显减退,心理相对脆弱。为此,从学校、教师和学生三个层面提出以下对策,1.建立良好的学习机制,2.树立正确的思想导向,3.构造完善的心理健康教育体系,以帮助大学生顺利渡过这个时期。
College students would experience the second transforming period on campus. Those who are in this period do have apparendy features that students' study motivations decrease sharply and they hold relatively weak psychology. For this reason, we put forward the following countermeasures according to the three aspects of the school, the teachers and the students:first,encourage students to form good study motivations;second ,create correct leading thoughts;third, conduct perfect educational system of healthy psychology to help college students to pass this period smoothly.
