摘要
依据商洛市多年耕地、水资源和人口统计数据,从水土资源总量及二者匹配关系分析入手,构建了农业水土资源匹配分析模型。模拟分析结果表明,总体上商洛市水资源优势明显,但耕地资源短缺问题突出,限制了水资源优势的充分发挥,且区内水土资源匹配差异较大;根据县域水土资源匹配系数的差异性,将商洛各县(区)农业水土资源匹配程度划分为匹配较好、一般和较差3个等级;认为加强耕地资源保护和开发、开展水资源规划和水利工程建设等是提高该区水土资源匹配程度的重要措施。
According to the population, cultivated land and water resources from 1997 to 2006 in Shangluo, based on the dynamic analyses of gross land and Water resourses and their matching, a matching model of agricultural water and cultivated land resourses is established. Simulation analyses indicate that water resourses are better than cultivated land, but there are distinct differences in the matching degree of water and land resourses in Shangluo According to the different values of Ri, the matching degree of water and land resourses in Shangluo is classified into 3 grades: Worse (0.6 ≤Ri〈1.0), moderate ( 1.0 ≤ Ri〈2.0 ),better (2.0 ≤ Ri〈3.1 ). The authors consider that the main approach of enhancing the matching degree of water and land resourses is to protect and utilize the farmland, make the scientific plan on water and construct water projects in Shangluo.
