摘要
素质教育的提出已有多年,但其推进的过程并非一帆风顺,这涉及诸多方面的因素.中小学校本研究的出现加速了素质教育推进的步伐.高校(特别是高师院校)应在加强自身校本研究的同时,引领本地区中小学校本研究,以推进素质教育的健康发展.
Although proposed for years, the development of quality education in China is still backward due to many reasons. The appearance of school based teaching research in prirnary and middle schools is speeding up the development of quality education. In order to ensure sound development of quality education, universities and colleges (especially normal colleges) should strengthen their own school-based research and guide school-based research in primary and middle schools in this area.
