摘要
介绍了一种新型的连铸电磙搅拌技术,并与结晶器和二冷段电磁搅拌作了比较。采用注流、二冷段和凝固末端组合式电磁搅拌技术,在与结晶、二冷段和凝固末端组合式相同搅拌强度下,可望取得相似的搅拌效果,但前者设备简单,投资少,同时还解决了低过热度浇注的水口堵塞问题。
This paper introdues a new electromagnetic stirring technigue in continuous casting and compares it with one in mold and secondary cooling zone.Employing electromagmetic stirring technique combining stream,secondary cooling xone and final end,it is impossible to obtain similar stirring results under the same stirring strength.The equipments used for new technique are simpler with very low cost.Meanwhile the new technique is much more effective to avoid the nozzle colgging caused by casting with low superheat.
