针对工业硅的生产特点．从冶炼操作，电气、工艺参数的选择，入炉功率、炉料配碳量的控制等方面论述了工业硅的节能措施。并通过5MVA工业硅炉的生产实践，取得了较好的节电效果．
To counter the characteristic of producing metallic silicon, it discussesmeasures to save on energy in producing metallic silicon from different quarters such assmelting operation, selection of electric and process parameters, power in furnace, control of carbon in burden, etc., and the practice of producing metallic silicon in 5MVAfurnace has achieved good result in energy saving.
