摘要
在分析单行布局优缺点的基础上,建立了单行布局问题的物料传输费用模型、面积利用率模型及生产周期模型,并以活塞117线的布局为例,利用QUEST软件对单行布局的三种布局形式(线形布局、U形布局和半圆形布局)进行仿真,结合所建立的三个模型对仿真结果进行了分析。仿真时三种布局形式选用相同的参数,结果表明:半圆形布局的物料传输费用最低,产品生产周期最短,而线形布局的面积利用率最高。
Based on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of single--row layout, models of material handling costs, area utilization rate and production cycle were established for the wide applications of single--row layout in FMS, GT cell and factories using JIT. Taking the No. 117 piston production line as the example, three types of single--row layout, including straight line layout, U-- shape layout and semi--circular layout were modeled and simulated on platform of QUEST. The sim- ulation data for these three models were collected and analyzed. Parameters selected are the same for the three types of single--row layout. The simulation results show that: (1) material handling costs of semi--circular layout are the lowest;(2)the production cycle of semi--circular layout is the shortest; (3)the area utilization rate of U--shape layout is the highest.
