济钢焦化厂节能减排、清洁生产的探索与实践 被引量:7

摘要 以提出的"蒸汽是劣质的、低效的传热介质"等焦化清洁生产理念为指导,对传统焦化厂生产工艺过程中的水、尘、渣、气、汽及余热余能等通过技术创新进行了资源化、高效化治理和应用,主要开发了干熄焦国产化应用、无蒸汽蒸氨、煤的气流分级分离调湿、煤气半负压净化、除尘式装煤车、脱硫废液提盐、化产废渣配型煤等一系列清洁生产工艺技术,使焦化工序能耗降至92.5 kgce/t,吨焦耗水、耗汽分别为1.04 m3和26 kg,逐步实现了焦化清洁生产的目标。 Based on the idea of "steam is a poor and ill effect of heat transport medium" etc, traditional industry wastes of water, dust, slag, gas, steam and heat so on were treated and optimized resourcefully and effectively through technology innovation. The developments include civil-application of CDQ, non-steam ammonia distill, blast grade and separate and moisture adjust of coal, gas cleaning of semi-negative pressure, clean-style charge car, salt pick up of desulpher waste water, and chemical industry waste slag compound to mould coal, etc. a series of process technology. The work reduced the energy cost of coke making to 92.5 kgce/t, the water and steam consumption low to 1.04 m^3/t and 26 kg/t separately. The innovation gave an ideal result of clean production of coke.
