摘要
目的:探讨健骨胶囊对骨性关节炎模型兔关节软骨组织中蛋白聚糖含量的影响。方法:建立早期软骨退变降解的骨性关节炎动物模型,将模型动物分为模型组、健骨胶囊低、中、高剂量组和正常对照组,采用生物化学方法测定蛋白聚糖的含量。结果:给骨性关节炎模型兔连续喂服健膏胶囊14 d后,可显著地提高兔膝关节软骨中蛋白聚糖含量。结论:健骨胶囊可能对骨性关节炎有一定的改善和治疗作用。
Objective： To investigate the variety of proteoglycan level in cartilage of osteoarthfitis（OA） in response to Jiangu capsules. Method ： The early stages of cartilage degeneration was detected in rabbits. The animals were randomly divided into 3 groups ： Ⅰ . control group, Ⅱ. model group, Ⅲ - Ⅴ. Jiangu capsules. The proteoglycan content was determined by biochemical method. Result： The animals were treated with daily oral administration of Jiangu capsules for 14 d, the proteoglycan level were obviously enhanced. Conclusion： These results suggested that Jiangu capsules probably have the certain improving and treating effect for the osteoarthritis.
