摘要
以四肽Gly-Gly-Tyr-Arg为标样做标准曲线,用质量浓度为100g/L的三氯乙酸沉淀奶粉中的大分子蛋白质,经离心过滤后,在上清液中加入双缩脲试剂,于540nm下测定其OD值,查标准曲线计算出样品中的肽质量浓度。
Macromolecule protein in the solution of milk was deposited by using 10% trichloroacetic acid. After centrifugalization and filtration, biuret reagent was added to the clear solution The OD value was mensurated under 540nm. Then the content of peptides of the sample was obtained through contrasted on the standard curve of Gly-Gly-Tyr-Arg tetrapeptide.
