摘要
本文运用气管环血清中和试验对12个IBV毒株进行了血清型研究。以气管环纤毛运动为指示系统,以能中和2.0log10CD50同源病毒血清效价为1个抗体单位,含20个抗体单位的血清与等量病毒作用测定血清对纤毛运动保护百分率,以欧氏距离数字分类分型,并用SPSS软件聚类分型分析。结果表明SAIB1属M41型,SAIB3属T型;XJIB接近M41型,SHIB、SAIB2接近T型。XJIB,SHIB,SAIB2具有过渡性(变异性)特征。
Neutralisation test in tracheal organ cultures was employed to make a study on the serotype of 12 IBV strains in this paper,using ciliary activity of tracheal organ cultures as indicator system.One antibody unit was defined as the serum dilution which neutralised an exact 2.0log 10 CD 50 of homolgous virus.After antiserum containing 20Ab units mixed with virus to determine the percentage of reciprocal neutralisation,Euclidean distance were calculated,and numerical taxonomy was performed.On the basis of Euclidean distance,computer program(SPSS)was utilised to make dendrogram.The results showed that SAIB 1,SAIB 3 belonged to M 41 type and T type respectively;XJIB was close to M 41 type,while SHIB,SAIB 2 were close to T type.XJIB,SHIB,SAIB 2 showed cross reactions and variable character.
