摘要
通过单独和联合在腹腔内注射CdCl2(3mg/kg体重)和Na2SeO4(2mg/kg体重)的方法研究硒对镉诱导的小鼠肝脂质过氧(LPO)的保护效应。结果表明,单独镉处理小鼠在整个实验期间肝丙二醛(MDA)含量明显升高,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著下降;硒镉联合处理未引起LPO的明显增强,抗氧化酶特别是GSH-Px在不同程度上受到有效地保护。因而认为,镉诱导的LPO与抗氧化酶的抑制密切相关。
The protective effect of selenium on cadmium—induced lipid peroxidation(LPO) in mouse livers was evaluated by intraperitoneal injection of CdCl 2(3mg/kg body weight)and Na 2SeO 4(2mg/kg body weight)alone as well as in combination.Cadmium treatment alone led to a marked increase of malondialdehyde(MDA) level and significant inhibition of gluthione peroxidase(GSH Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT),as compared with cadmium and selenium coexposure as well as control.The cadmium and selenium coexposure didnt produce a more pronunced elevation in LPO than control.Meanwhile,the activity of antioxidant enzymes,especially GSH Px was effectively protected to a certain extent.It follows that cadmium induced LPO was closely associated with the inhibition of antioxidant enzymes and protective role of selenium was realized mainly by enhancing GSH Px activity.
