摘要
利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及薄层扫描技术,分别测定并分析了感染异源粉纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒后的银纹夜蛾5龄幼虫12、36、72、108小时后,虫体血淋巴有关病理生化指标的变化。结果显示,异源病毒感染在早期即对虫体血淋巴蛋白代谢发生影响,尤以糖。
By the polyarcrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) and thin layer scanning, the hemolymph pathological biochemistry changes of the fifth instar larvae of the Argyrogramma agnata were examined after infection with its heterologous nuclear polyhedrosis viruses, Thichoplusia ni NPV. Results showed that at the early stages of infection, TnNPV had some effects on the synthesis of the host′s hemolymph proteins, especially on that of glycoprotein and lipoprotein.
