芬太尼、舒芬太尼、瑞芬太尼对呼吸功能的影响 被引量:95

Influence of fentanyl,sufentanil and remifentanil on respiratory function

摘要 芬太尼及其衍生物舒芬太尼、瑞芬太尼均为合成的苯基哌啶类药物,是当前临床麻醉与镇痛中最常用的麻醉性镇痛药。它们通过激动体内的阿片受体发挥镇痛、镇静等药理学作用。但是作为强效麻醉性镇痛药,它们在临床实践中的应用又常因为呼吸抑制等不良反应而受到限制。本文就芬太尼、舒芬太尼和瑞芬太尼对呼吸功能的影响进行综述,目的是为了在临床麻醉与疼痛治疗中预防和减少或避免呼吸抑制的发生,确保患者用药安全。 Fentanyl and its derivatives, sufentanil, remifentanil are all synthetical phenyl piperidines drugs, which are narcotic analgesics commonly used in the current clinical anaesthesia and analgesia. They display the pharmacological actions of analgesia and sedation by acting on the opioids receptors inter- nal. But as the strong narcotic analgesics,their application in clinical practice is often restrictred because of the untoward effect: respiratory depression. This paper reviewed the influence of fentanyl, sufentanil and remifentanil on respiratory function,in order to reduce or avoid respiratory depression, and ensure the safety in the administration of these opioids.
