自密实混凝土经济性分析及成本优化方法 被引量:4

Economic analysis and method for optimizing cost of self-compacting concrete technology

摘要 经济性和成本控制对自密实混凝土的应用和发展意义重大,但自密实混凝土的经济性问题存在矛盾的看法,未有定论。国外已开展了经济性的专门研究,国内却鲜有报道。在结合自密实混凝土在梁、空心板、柱三种典型构件的工程应用对SCC经济效益进行了比较分析。结果表明,采用当前长沙材料价格,按现行造价计算方法计算的自密实混凝土技术施工的梁、柱和空心板比普通混凝土的直接费成本增加6%~10%,造价增加在7%以内。就此提出了一种基于MATLAB的成本优化方法,能针对地方原材料性质和地方材料价格进行成本优化,具有通用性,计算表明成本优化很有必要。 Economic benefits and cost control play very important roles in development and application of self-compacting concrete (SCC) technology, but whether economy of SCC is controversial.Special research of economy of SCC has been carried out overseas, however, there are hardly any data about the economic benefit of SCC in China.This paper compares SCC with normal concrete about the total cost for production of typical structural elements such as beams,columns and hollow-core slabs.The analyses indicate that the direct cost of material using SCC increased 6% to 10%,compared to that using normal concrete according to the current cost estimates and price of materials in Changsha,and the increase of the overall cost is within 7%.A method for optimizing cost based on MATLAB is presented, which can be generally used to optimize the cost with local material's property and price.Calculation shows that it is necessary for optimizing the cost of SCC.
