摘要
将粉煤灰、矿渣等多种活性混合材共同掺入混凝土中,利用二者产生的超叠加效应,可制备出高性能、中低强度等级、低成本的混凝土。利用比表面积380m2/kg的矿渣,采用大掺量、低水灰比的方法配制了高性能混凝土。研究表明,该法制得的混凝土具有良好的抗碳化、抗化学腐蚀和抗氯离子渗透能力,明显改善大掺量矿渣混凝土的泌水性和收缩性,具有更好的耐久性,降低成本。
Mixing multiple active mixtures such as powdered fly ash, slag, etc, the concrete with high-performance, low mark number and low cost can be manufactured based on superposition effect.Based on slag with unit facial area of 380m^2/kg,the method of bigger mixture quantity,as well as lower rate of water and to cement is utilized to product high-performance concrete.The research results show that,the concrete manufactured has good performance of anti-carbonization, anti-chemistry-corrosion and anti-chloride-penetration.It can improve the performance of water secretor the constringency of slag concrete of large mixture quantity, the product has better durability and low cost.
