血管新生机制的研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 血管新生是指产生新的血管或从已存在的血管形成毛细血管的过程。血管新生包括血管形成和血管生成两种形式。血管形成是来源于骨髓的血管内皮祖细胞（endothelial Drogenitorcell，EPC）或干细胞，经过动员、增殖、分化和重塑形成新的血管。而血管生成是微血管以出芽的方式，从已存在的血管床长出，并形成新的血管分支及毛细血管丛，是已存在于血管内的成熟的经过充分分化了的内皮细胞增殖、迁移和重塑的结果。
