摘要
目的:探讨两孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的可行性及应用价值。方法:为16例胆囊结石及胆囊息肉样病变患者行两孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术。结果:手术时间20～40min,平均32min,术中出血量5～10ml,平均8ml。无手术并发症发生,术后2个月所有患者无腹痛、发热及黄疸。腹部仅在剑突下留有一约5mm的疤痕。结论:两孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊良性疾病安全有效,且更具微创性,美容效果更佳。
Objective：To explore the feasibility of laparoscopic cholecystectomy through two ports.Methods：Laparoscopic cholecystectomy with two ports approach was successfully performed in 16 patients with gallbladder calculi and polyps.Results：The mean operative time was 32min （20-40min）,and the mean intraoperative blood loss was 8ml（5-10ml ）.No complications occurred intraoperation or postoperation.These patients didn＇ t suffer abdominal pain,fever and jaundice,only with a 5mm scar on the abdominal wall after 2 months.Conclusions：Laparoscopic cholecystectomy through two ports is a minimal-invasion,safe and effective procedure for benign diseases of the gallbladder with excellent cosmetic results.
