摘要
介绍了最近几年单光子探测技术的应用和研究进展。阐述了光电倍增管、雪崩光电二极管和超导单光子探测器的基本工作原理,分析了它们的相关参数并进行了比较。讨论了各器件的工作特点及优缺点,最后对单光子探测技术应用发展前景作了展望。
The development and application-of single - photon detectors are introduced. The operating principles of photomultiplier tube(PMT), avalanche photodiode( APD ) and superconducting, single-photon detector( SSPD ) are expounded. The characteristic, advantages and disadvantages of them are discussed. Then give a view for the perspective and the development of these devices.
