辛伐他汀对缺血性脑梗死复发率的影响

摘要 目的探讨辛伐他汀降脂治疗对缺血性脑梗死复发率的影响。方法选择92例缺血性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组（46例）和对照组（46例），对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上，给予辛伐他汀5mg，每日1次口服，疗程3年。对两组脑梗死复发率、血脂水平、颈动脉内膜-中层厚度、颈动脉管腔狭窄程度进行比较。结果治疗后两组脑梗死复发率、血脂水平、颈动脉内膜-中层厚度、颈动脉管腔狭窄程度比较，差异均有统计学意义。结论辛伐他汀能显著降低缺血性脑梗死患者的复发率。
