摘要
本文介绍了土建工程预决算系统的编制方法，包括预算定额库及材料单价库建立方法及一些问题的处理，并介绍在编制预决算时出现的各种各样的换算及程序设计框图．
This paper introduces a method of making the budget and balance account of civil engineering system,including making the quota store of budget and the price store of materials.Besides it deals with various convertions and presents program design diagrams as well.
