摘要
不断增长的高质量电能需求和供电企业改善基础设施的资金的不足,是供电企业面临的主要挑战。为此,许多国家开始着眼于建造智能化的配电网。文章介绍了智能配电网应用的各种技术,包括自动计量管理、资产的远程监视和控制、基于IP的监控与数据采集技术、移动作业管理、可视化的地理信息系统平台及先进的配电网络分析,并给出了智能配电网框架。
The contradiction between demand for high quality power supply with shortage of finance for improving the infrastructure is the main challenge that power supply enterprises are facing to. So many countries start to build intelligent distribution network. This paper introduces the technologies applied to intelligent distribution network, including automatic metering management, remote asset monitoring and control, IP-based SCADA, mobile operation management, visualized GIS platform and advanced distribution network analysis. The framework of intelligent distribution network is also presented in the paper.
