摘要
本文结合热轧圆钢椭圆度在线测量仪的研制,介绍了一种提高动态测量精度的方法——激光扫描测径比较法;讨论了恶劣环境下的抗干扰和防污染措施;分析了各种因素引起的测量误差,提出了修正、减小或消除的途径。
With the development of an instrument used for on-line measuring the ellipticity of circular hot-rolled bar, this paper introduces a method for measuring the diameter with laser scanning by comparing the measured value to the standard value, and discusses the means for antiinterference and antipollution under adverse circumstances. Finally, the measured errors caused by various factors are described, and the ways to correct and reduce or eliminate them are proposed.
