摘要
通过对聚氨酯泡沫塑料结构的显微观察,分析了微观结构对导热系数的影响。利用气体分子扩散理论,分析了泡沫塑料导热系数随时间变化的机理,导出了一个泡沫材料导热系数的计算公式。计算值和实验测定值能较好地符合。
The foam microstructure of polyurethane is observed by use of the micrography technique. The effects of foam microstructure on thermal conductivity for the polyurethane are investigated. According to the gas diffusion theory the mechanism of thermal aging of the polyurethane is analysed and an equation for calculating the apparent thermal conductivity of the foam material is derived. It is found that the agreement between the calculated and experimental results is satisfactory.
