摘要
以蛋氨酸和硫酸锌为原料,利用酸碱中和法合成了蛋氨酸锌。该方法工艺路线可行,操作条件不苛刻,工艺过程较简单,设备不复杂,并且实验产物纯度高。实验确定的适宜反应条件为:配体与金属离子的摩尔比2∶1,反应时间60 min,反应温度90℃。经红外光谱分析和化学分析,确定所得产物为蛋氨酸锌。
Applied methionine zinc sulfate as material, zinc methionine complex was synthesized by acid-base neutrodyne method. The optimum synthesized conditions were as followed: molar ratio of ligard to metalloporphyrin ion was 2:1, reaction time 60min, temperature 90℃. The product was determined by infrared spectrum analysis and chemical analysis.
