蛋白质组学在宫颈癌中的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 宫颈癌作为女性高发的妇科恶性肿瘤,缺乏有效的早期诊断技术、治疗方法。蛋白质组学是研究蛋白质组成和动态变化的新兴学科,现在已经广泛应用于肿瘤生物学标记物的筛选和鉴定、治疗疗效的评价及肿瘤发生机制等方面的研究。现就蛋白质组学的研究技术在宫颈癌组织蛋白表达中的应用,化疗药物作用机制等方面的进展综述。
