摘要
目的:探讨新生儿听力筛查测试适宜的体位。方法:将400例足月分娩正常新生儿在听力筛查中随机分为两组,测试时对照组采用仰卧位,实验组采用俯卧位,观察新生儿听力筛查通过率。结果:实验组新生儿听力筛查通过率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:新生儿听力筛查测试体位选择俯卧位能够提高通过率。
Objective： To explaore an eligible body posture for acoustic sensibility screening in newbom. Method： The clinical acoustic sensibility screening data of 400 term delivery normal newborn was divided to two group.Control group was tested in dorsal position,and experiment group was tested in prone position.Two group was compared in acoustic sensibility Screening thruput. Result： Experiment group was more passed with control group in acoustic sensibility Screening thruput.There are significant difference respectively comparing. Conclusion： Thruput of acoustic sensibility Screening in newborn was improved in prone position.
