铝表面自蔓延-离心法合成-αFe(Al)涂层 被引量:3

INVESTIGATION ON α-Fe(Al)COATING ON ALUMINIUM PLATE BY SHS-CENTRIFUGAL PROCESS

摘要 通过调整稀释剂和加料量等工艺参数,利用自蔓延-离心法在铝板表面制备了熔覆质量较好的α-Fe(Al)涂层。利用X射线衍射分析涂层的相组成,扫描电镜观察涂层及涂层基体连接处的组织,能谱仪分析涂层及连接处的元素分布,显微硬度仪测量内衬层硬度。结果表明,涂层主要由α-Fe(Al)组成,组织均匀。涂层与基体形成了冶金结合,涂层与基体之间呈锯齿状,涂层与基体连接处生成FeAl2。涂层显微硬度为3.73±0.09GPa,是基体的6倍,且分布均匀。 α-Fe(Al) coating with good cladding quality was prepared on the aluminium plate by self- propagating high-temperature synthesis(SHS)centrifugal process with appropriate amount of diluent and feeding. The phases in the resulted coating were examined using X-ray difffaction(XRD). The microstructure of the coating and bonding interface between the substrate and the coating, and the distribution of elements adjacent to the interface, were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and energy dispersion spectroscope(EDS)respectively. Further, the hardness of the coating was measured. The results show that a metallurgical bonding interface is formed between the coating and the substrate plate. The coating is mainly composed of α-Fe(Al). FeAl2 at the interface between the coating and substrate and the interface is of serrate profile. The hardness of the coating was 3.73 ±0.09 GPa,which was 6 times higher than that of the substrate.
