摘要
本文对用于铁基粉末冶金零件的化学热处理工艺,诸如渗碳、碳氮共渗等进行了说明。另外,还介绍了一种较新的表面硬化方法——FNC(铁素体氮碳共渗)工艺和预测表面硬度与含碳量的数字模型。
The chemical heat treatment of ferrous PM parts, such as carbonizing, carbonitriding are reviewed. A relatively new surface treatment of PM parts as ferritic nitrocarbarizing(FNC)is introduced with numerical model for calculating hardness, carbon content and sintered density.
