摘要
山西铝土矿呈一水硬铝石型,高铝、高硅、低铁的特点,拜耳法生产氧化铝工艺须在高温,高碱的条件下溶出。为了强化铝土矿的溶出工艺,提出对矿石增加焙烧来活化矿石,以降低溶出条件,拓宽溶出范围。本文阐述了矿石的活化焙烧温度及活化矿的最佳溶出条件,并通过沉降性能试验确定了该工艺在生产中的可行性。
Featured with diaspore, high alumina, high silicon and low iron, the bauxite in Shanxi have to be digested under higher temperature and denser soda in Bayer process. Bauxite is activated to order to ease the digestion conditions. The paper presents the activated calcinations temperature of bauxite and the optimum digestion conditions of activated bauxite as wen as its feasibility.
