摘要 食管高敏感在非心源性胸痛患者中起重要作用,其发病机制尚不完全清楚,然而其引起的烧心、胸痛等症状严重影响患者生活质量。根据这一普遍存在的状况,此文主要探讨食管高敏感的产生机制。 Oesophageal visceral hypersensitivity(EVH) plays an important role in the symptoms of noncardiac chest pain (NCCP), but the underlying mechanisms have not been totally understood. At the same time, so many patients of NCCP suffer from the symptoms of heartburn and/or regurgitation which severely affect their productivity and health-related quality of life. Our aim is get further understanding of the underlying mechanisms.
