磨牙残根的多钉固位和光固化树脂修复 被引量：1

摘要 目的：对磨牙残根采用多根管钉固位及后牙树脂修复，并观察其效果。方法：对16个磨牙采用根管钉（攻纹型）和牙用固位钉做多根管固位，后牙光固化树脂修复，观察期为2～3年。结果：修复2年内16例均无脱落，患牙均无明显的主客观症状，能承担咀嚼功能。术后2～3年间失败2例。结论：磨牙残根采用多钉固位及后牙树脂修复，在一定的适应范围内具有良好的效果。
