摘要
目的:鉴定并分析3例疑难ABO血型红细胞抗原及血清抗体的特异性。方法:运用PCR-SSP方法对3例患者ABO血型抗原进行基因分型;运用血型血清学技术对造成ABO血型正反定型不符的原因进行分析。结果:3例患者ABO血型基因分型分别为A/O、O/O、O/O。结合血型血清学技术为患者提供了安全的血液制品。结论:ABO血型基因分型技术弥补了血型血清学方法的一些不足,运用血型基因分型技术可以解决血清学方法难以鉴定的血型抗原。
Objective： Examination and analysis of red cell antigens and specificity of serum-antibody of ABO blood group in three doubt patients. Methods： To use the methods of polymerase chain reacation sequence specific primer for genetyping of red cell antigens of ABO blood group in three doubt patients, to analyse the reason of disparity for ABO blood group detection in blood group serology. Results： The results of genetyping are A/O, O/O, O/O in ABO blood group of three doubt patients. Combine with blood group serology to provide safe blood products for patients. Conclusion： To make up the deficient of blood group serology method, the technology of gnetyping in ABO blood group was used. It is difficult to detect in blood group serology method, but the genetype of blood group can solve it.
