摘要
目的观察中医心身综合治疗(柴胡疏肝散加减结合中医心理疗法)对功能性消化不良(function dyspepsia,FD)伴心理障碍的临床疗效。方法将89例患者随机分为西药组31例、中药组30例和中医心身综合治疗组(综合组)28例,分别给予相应的治疗方案,3组疗程均为3个月;治疗前后分别对各组临床症状、抑郁自评量表(SAS)、焦虑自评量表(SDS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤细胞(NK)进行测试和比较。结果综合组治疗后较其他2组患者在临床症状以及焦虑、抑郁等精神症状方面有明显改善(P<0.05),T淋巴细胞亚群、NK水平有不同程度的改善。结论精神因素在FD的发生、发展及治疗中起着重要作用,中医心身综合治疗可进一步提高临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of ＂Chaihu Shugan Powder＂ plus psychotherapy in the treatment of functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods Eighty-nine subjects were divided into three groups： group A in which 31 cases were treated with western drugs, group B in which 30 cases were treated with herbs and group C in which 28 cases were treated with herbs and psychotherapy. The symptoms, SCL-90, SDS, SAS, T-lymphocyte and natural killer cells were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the anxiety and depression, T-lymphocyte levels, natural kill cells were decreased in all patients, with better effects in group C than in groups A and B. Conclusion Psychological factors play a vital role in the development and treatment of FD and this therapy is effective for FD.
