摘要
目的观察破血逐瘀方配合西药治疗外伤性颅内血肿的临床疗效。方法选择115例无外科手术指征、格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)>8分的外伤性颅内血肿患者,随机分为治疗组57例和对照组58例。两组均按西医常规治疗,治疗组同时加用自拟破血逐瘀方;观察两组临床疗效、平均住院时间和颅脑CT动态变化情况。结果治疗组血肿吸收速度、平均住院时间、总有效率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西医常规非手术治疗基础上加用破血逐瘀方可以显著提高外伤性颅内血肿的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traumatic intracranial hematoma by ＂Poxue Zhuyu Decoction＂ and western medicine. Methods 115 subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 57 cases were treated with ＂Poxue Zhuyu Decoction＂ and western medicine and control group in which 58 cases were treated with simple western medicine. Results The hematoma absorption, average hospitalization time and total effective rate were improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ＂Poxue Zhuyu Decoction＂ and western medicine has excellent effects on traumatic intracranial hematoma.
