摘要
目的:研究乌鲁木齐南山牧区哈萨克族高血压患者服药依从性现状及影响因素,并提出相应的护理对策。方法:随机整群抽取乌鲁木齐南山牧区1300例18岁以上定居或半定居的哈萨克牧民,对其中确诊的625例哈萨克族高血压患者进行服药依从性问卷调查,并对服药依从性不佳的原因进行分析。结果:牧区哈萨克族高血压患者完全遵医占4.3%,部分遵医占78.0%,完全不遵医占18.7%;患者的服药依从性较差的原因主要与其年龄、职业、文化程度、忘记服药、认为疾病好转而停药、不知道高血压病需长期坚持服药、治疗方案复杂、门诊随访不方便、不知道需要长期门诊随访、经济原因等因素有关(P<0.05)。结论:提高高血压患者高血压相关知识的知晓率、加强高血压病健康教育、简化治疗方案、争取家庭社会的支持等护理方案有利于提高哈萨克族高血压患者的服药依从性。
Objective： To investigate the behavior of drug compliance and influence factors of the Kazak hypertensive patients in Urumqi Nanshan pasturing area, put forward corresponding nursing：countermeasures. Methods： Random cluster sampling 1 300 Kazak pasturing herdsmen,of resident or half-resident,625 Kazak hypertensive patients were investigated by filling out questionaires concerning drug compliance. Questionaire papers from MORISKY that evaluated drug compliance questions, and put to use Logistic analysis analysed the reasons. Results： There were 4.3% investigated patients who did comply the behavior of drug, 78.0% of them did partially comply the behavior of drug, 18.7 % of them did not comply the behavior of drug . The behavior of drug compliance was related to many influence factors; such as ages, forgetful less knowledge of hypertention etc （P 〈0.05） Conclusion： Improve patients＇ hypertensive knowledge, strengthen health education, decrease treatment plans and strengthen social help could improve the behavior of drug compliance.
