摘要
软件项目开发队伍是项目型软件企业生存和发展的基础,企业高层、中层和项目经理直接影响项目开发团队的建设。其中,项目经理起决定作用,项目经理要保持与上级领导及客户有良好的沟通,要建立合适的项目管理架构、项目管理制度及项目开发规范和流程等。
The Software Project Development Team counts as the fundamental element to a project- oriented company＇s survival and growth, hi a company, the executive/middle management as well as the project manager can all influence the team＇s construction, among them, a project manager is playing a decisive role. The project manager aeed to keep the good comnmnieation with the management and customers, also need to set up suitable project management structures, project management chart and project development standard and process etc.
