摘要
本课题组通过对岳阳市环洞庭湖区的调研,从基本情况、现实基础入手,提出了本地区新农村建设经济发展模式的构想,分析了目前存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议。亦即进一步加强基础建设,加快农业服务体系建设,加快具有湖乡特色的城镇化建设,加速农村剩余劳动力的转移,可有效地促进农村经济发展。
Through the study of area around Dong Ting Lake, the article put forward its conceive of new countryside construction economic developing mode, analyzes the exist problems, set forth corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Strengthening basic construction, speeding agricultural serving system construction, increasing agricultural left labor moving can promote agriculture to develop effectively.
