摘要
通过扫描电镜对无机粘结剂工业型煤微观结构进行研究发现,煤粒表面及孔隙间均有大量的粘结剂水化形成的凝胶体和各种形态的结晶体.由于各种形态的晶体相互交插,连接形成晶体网络,将煤粒牢固地粘结在一起,形成具有一定强度的型煤.凝胶体分布越均匀,晶体越发育,型煤强度越高.
The micro structure of briquette,using inorganic binder,has been studied by the scanning electron microscope.A large quantity of gel and crystals of various kinds are found which were formed by binder hydration on the surface of coal granules and among the granules.The coal granules were cemented firmly together with crystal network into briquettes with certain strength.The better the gel is distributed and the more crystals are formed.The higher the strength of the briquette is.
