摘要
通过对新型装备保障理念的研究,阐述了精确保障的内涵及特征,并结合信息化战争条件下我海军舰艇装备保障的特点,指出精确保障是装备保障发展的必然趋势;指出精确保障对舰艇装备保障的启示作用,并为舰艇装备保障提出建议与对策。
According to researching the new theory about equipment support, this paper explicates precise support and its characters; secondly, considering under the condition of information war the request of naval warship equipment support, this paper points out that precise support is the necessary direction of equipment support; finally, the inspiration and suggestions to warship equipment support are pointed out.
