摘要
在研究综放开采支承压力分布特征和上覆围岩及基本顶的运动性态的基础上,分析了直接顶弱化程度(剪切裂隙穿透度)和顶煤完全破坏区宽度对工作面矿压显现特征的决定性影响.在此基础上建立了综放工作面液压支架载荷计算的力学模型.给出了直接顶不同弱化类型,基本顶长岩梁型和窄岩梁半拱失稳条件下支架载荷和顶煤完全塑型区的计算公式和实例.指出,估计直接顶裂隙度和顶煤破坏区宽度是综放工作面控制及优化设计的主要依据.
Based on study of distribution of abutment pressure and movement of overlying rocks and main roof,the decisive effect of the weakened degree of the immediate roof (penetration of shear cracks) and width of the completely failed zone of the top coal in ground pressure manifestation period are studied.Based on which,a mechanical model for calculation of the loads on the powered supports in a sub level caving face is established.Formulae and examples are given for calculation of loads on the supports considering the width of the completely plastic zone in top coal in the conditions of different weakness of the immediate roof in case of a long rock beam weighting and semi arch instability of narrow rock beam.The fracturing degree of the immediate roof and the width of the failed zone in top coal are main criteria for control of face and in the optimal design of face using sub level caving face.
