摘要
对鱼雷典型布局方案、布局对象、布局约束、布局知识及布局行为和过程展开了深入的分析研究,在基于产品设计复用原则的前提下,对各类鱼雷的装配方案进行分析总结,形成该类产品的装配设计模板,作为智能布局的经验依据,并在此基础上建立了三维数字化鱼雷结构的自动布局设计算法、段间装配特征识别与匹配算法等。在UG环境中,应用此方法开发和实现了基于全雷详细布局经验知识库的智能化总体布局,为进一步研究鱼雷的智能化综合设计奠定了基础。
In order to improve the efficiency and gain the overall technology performance of a torpedo, the technique of automatic layout design for torpedo are specifically researched along with the analysis of the typical layout scheme, layout object, layout constraint, layout knowledge, layout behaviour and process of torpedo. Based on the study of the assembly scheme for all sorts of torpedo, the assembly design template is created, which showed valuable experience to the intelligent layout. Then the algorithms of automatic layout of a torpedo and tie-in recognizing and matching are presented. This algorithms are implemented in UG, and the automatic assembly layout of a torpedo has been achieved. This result will be the foundation for finally achieving intelligent design of a new torpedo.
